I would like to thank the staff at Runcorn Station for the kindness they showed to my mother this afternoon. My mother is elderly with limited mobility and requested assistance getting off the train from Euston. She was met by two members of the station staff with a wheelchair who accompanied her to the carpark. Their efficiency and concern dispelled any anxiety she had in making similar journeys in the future .
